If you happen to have a laptop with wireless capabilities, perhaps you can reach connection in public places like McDonalds, public libraries, businesses and establishments, that offer it free of charge to you; but they are paying loads of money to have the service available for their customers. In a large number of occasions you need to ask for their password to use it, and you're only allowed to use it for a certain time. No more than 2 hours at a time, perhaps less.
