A black throwing knife is the fourth-weakest throwing knife in RuneScape Classic. As with all black equipment, players cannot make this item using the smithing skill. As with all throwing knives, there are no skill requirements to wield it. Weapon poison can be used on it to make it into a Poisoned Black throwing knife.
