Captain Willy is a sailor from Napoli who spends his days sailing the seven seas. As well as his dapper fashion sense and trademark beard and pipe, Captain Willy has a heart as big as the ocean. His trusty companion Presso is never far away, and the birds and cats that live around the harbor are his friends. Of all the ports he's visited, Yokohama is his favorite! His many adventures to faraway lands have made him very knowledgeable. He is a Sanrio character who was introduced in the 1970s.
