Sir Tiffy Cashien is an NPC located in Falador Park, sitting on a bench adjacent to the entrance. Just like the Sailor, Sir Tiffy offers teleport, home location changing and XP lock/unlock options. When spoken to more in depth (when more options... is selected), Sir Tiffy also offers a shop option, where a player may exchange Soulsplit Points (SSP) for various items, including void, dragon bolts (e) or a demonic sigil.
