The G'uotr Network was a black market that formed on D'larah during the panic surrounding an imminent supernova in the Demophon system during the Galactic Civil War. It made fantastic profits selling goods no longer available in the city, and despite their best efforts the D'larah City Patrol could neither stop them nor discover the identity of their leader Elena Ray. In addition to rare luxuries the Network also arranged for evacuations off planet, for a price. They often used Marqo's as a meeting place due to their arrangement with proprietor Cradjius Lucern.
