Collins was the Magistrate of Chau Sara. In late 2499, he was faced with an unenviable situation; the Sons of Korhal had been working for months to undermine Confederate authority in the Fringe Worlds and there was the threat that Chau Sara may engage in revolt. He called in Alpha Squadron deal with the situation. However, circumstances became far more complicated with the emergence of some strange xenomorphs and Cerberus Recon Squad.
