For protection against mites and to combat against a mite infestation sulphur soap is generally used as the middle wash during a shower. 1. * Wash with normal soap or liquid body wash to remove oils and dirt from the skin then rinse clean 2. * Gently soap the whole body from neck to feet inclusive with the sulphur soap so that the whole body has a thin layer of soap 3. * Wait for at least 60 seconds; preferably 120 seconds 4. * Rinse off the sulphur soap 5. * Continue with the normal cycle of shower cleaning
