Dom Pedro II (2 December 1825 – 5 December 1891), nicknamed "the Magnanimous," was the second and last ruler of the Empire of Brazil. He leads the Brazilians in Civilization VI. He is the third leader returning from Civilization V after Gandhi and Montezuma. As much as Qin Shi Huang covets wonders, Pedro covets Great People.
