The Star-Dino Empire was a dinosaur government formed after the evacuation of Earth that consisted of both herbivores and carnivores. More cooperation and tolerance between the two groups existed during this time, and the celebrated Jurassic Explorers discovered and mapped much of the Jurassic Quadrant during the age of the Star-Dino Empire in their ship, the Lightning Bolt. The leader or leaders of the Star-Dino Empire are unknown, but were presumably a mix of species.
