Chatham House, formerly the Royal Institute of International Affairs, in London is an 18th Century building in London that is grade I listed - meaning it is under special protection due to its historic value. The organization was set up with Rockefeller Foundation money along with the CFR, with the goal of bringing greater political unity to the two Western nations, as well as providing a study group to plan for the future of the Anglo-American establishment. It has a sister institute in America, called the Council on Foreign Relations.__TOC__
