Alice Kane is a student at Hazelnut Middle School who is in the same grade/classes as Pepper Ann, Nicky Little and Milo Kamalani. She first appears in "The Big Pencil" where it is Pepper Ann's main rival to winning the school's science competition which Alice has won the science fair three years in a row. Her project for the science competition the year before the episode was "Possum in a Barrel".
