Rudolph IV the Founder (1339 - 1365) was the Duke of Austria ("Archduke" from 1359), Carinthia, and Styria (1358 - 1365), the Margrave of Carniola (1362 - 1365) and the Count of the Tyrol (1363 - 1365). Rudolph died in Milan on 27 July 1365 and was buried in the Ducal Crypt in Vienna. He was succeeded by his brothers Albert and Leopold.
