Marcy Carruthers was a Secret Service agent and friend to Caitlin Todd who Kate called for help in regards to a case involving two dead drug dealers. Unfortunately, the meeting didn't go as well as Kate had hoped due to the fact that FBI Agent Tobias Fornell was there and later accompanied Kate back to NCIS Headquarters much to her dismay and Gibbs's annoyance.
