Johnnie Lee Higgins (born September 8, 1983) is a former professional American football wide receiver. He was drafted by the Oakland Raiders in the third round (99th overall and the last pick of the first day) out of the University of Texas at El Paso in the 2007 NFL Draft. Higgins was also been a member of the Philadelphia Eagles. He is the cousin of Denver Broncos cornerback Quentin Jammer.
