Dr. Rotwang is a non-canon character that made his one and only appearance in Mortal Kombat novel. Doctor Rotwang is a doctor in Munich, Germany, who was responsible for doing the surgery for Kano's replacement eye. He is able to replace an ear or a hand for Kano if needed.
