Méothmae was a peasant of Agdegorn. He lived near the Wandering wood. A big boar called Bivoy came to the wood. The boar ruined crops in the fields and murdered peasants. Méomae went to the wood and killed the boar. When he was very old and both his sons (Oakenshield Udomiel and Jággr) died, he had to hire to the Rohanian army. He was slain in the Battle of the Pellenor fields by Mraulúr.
