New Nulvar is a colony of Nulvar settled in late 47 ABY. The Nulvarl were growing restless and desired to have their own claim in the great number of planets that were opened up after the Vagaari War. They were given rights to this planet and quickly settled it. There is no capital city since it is a Nulvarl colony, but Hesaif is the main and only city on the planet with a population of 800,000. The rest of the population lives in small communities scattered around Hesaif. Of the population, 99% are Nulvarl.
