Previously known as Bio Hunter Silva (バイオハンター・シルバ Baio Hantā Shiruba), he is now Rider Hunter Silva due to his new purpose to defeat all Kamen Riders. Silva overthrew Marvelous and joined forces with Doktor G and Dai-Shocker to destroy the Kamen Riders and Super Sentai. The two evil organizations united and faced off against the combined forces of the Sentai and Riders. Silva also possessed the means to fuse the Gigant Horse of Dai-Zangyack with Dai-Shocker's Crisis Fortress into a Big Machine mech. He was later destroyed by the GokaiGalleon Buster's Tajador Charge when the Gokaigers took the form of Kamen Rider OOO's Combos through Gokai ChangesImage:Icon-crosswiki.png.
