Hand of Sacrifice is a core paladin ability learned at level 80. Since Patch 3.0.2 this ability has replaced the former Blessing of Sacrifice, and has also been significantly changed. Instead of the previous blessing, this ability transfers 30% of the damage taken by the target to the paladin.
