From the beginning, run to the left, and hit the launchpad with a super jump (in other words, hit the corner of the launchpad and the wall while simultaneously pressing up). This will launch you straight to the top, so you can hit the switch there. Then, jump over (wary of the gauss turret) to hit the terminal. Make your way to the top-right pagoda and hit the switch in there. Optionally get the gold above the right launchpad, and then make your way back to the left launchpad to reach the door (watching out for the lone zap drone).
