Michael Hegner is a Danish director who directed the LEGO Star Wars animated film productions The Yoda Chronicles, Droid Tales, and The Freemaker Adventures. He was responsible for directed the Freemaker Adventures episodes "A Hero Discovered", "The Lost Treasure of Cloud City", "The Test", and "Return of the Kyber Saber". He also worked as a director and writer on other animated films including The Ugly Duckling and Me!, Lego Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu, and Help! I'm a Fish.
