Todd Ryder was Lyndi Crawshaw's personal assistant who later fell under investigation after his DNA was found on a stamp on a letter to Tom E. Gemcity aka NCIS Special Agent Timothy McGee. Abigail Sciuto also discovered that Ryder had been arrested for possession of marijuana, prompting Agents Leroy Jethro Gibbs and Anthony DiNozzo to go arrest him at his workplace. Unsurprisingly, Ryder freaked out upon seeing them and fled, forcing DiNozzo to run after him while Gibbs waited for Ryder at his car and the two arrested him although Ryder was later found innocent of all charges.
