Sea Snake Man (海蛇男 Umihebi Otoko, 54): A sea snake monster of Shocker. He can swim, spew toxic gas from his mouth, and use a snake that can constrict people and create hologramd from the eyes called the Prism Eye. He is destroyed by Kamen Rider #1's Rider Back Jump and Rider Kick.
