Jepella was a female Starfleet officer who served aboard the USS Bellerophon during the 2370s. She was aboard during that vessel's mission to Romulus in 2375. Doctor Julian Bashir heard Hickam and Wheeler taking about how Jepella had discovered Admiral William Ross slumped over his desk when she entered his ready room to deliver a report. (DS9: "Inter Arma Enim Silent Leges") This character was only mentioned in dialogue. The script for "Inter Arma Enim Silent Leges" states Jepella's name is pronounced "juh-PELL-ah." [1]
