Xan Dizon was a fearsome and highly secretive crimelord who terrorized the galaxy for the better part of a century before he was eventually killed at the hands of the Rodian assassin, Nashka. While the true size and breadth of his organization remains unknown to this day, he was able to consistently acquire information that very few people in the galaxy had access to. Moreover, he appeared to have operatives everywhere, ready to carry out his bidding. What remains of his network, or who - if anyone - has taken control of it since his death is another in a long list of unknowns surrounding Xan Dizon and his organization.
