Think Tank was the space station where the Foundation for the Study of Advanced Sciences was located. Dr. Skagra set up the project and paid "handsome fees" to A. St. John D. Caldera, A. S. T. Thira, G. V. Santori, L. D. Ia and R. F. Akrotiri to join him. Together, they created a sphere which could pool intellectual resources by electronic mind transference. However, Skagra stole the minds of the other scientists and left their mindless bodies there for some time.
