Blessed of Haull is a Legendary belt in Diablo III, added in patch 2.2.0. It requires character level 31 to drop, and used to be a Season Three-exclusive item, but now drops for normal characters as well. The unique affix causes the first successful hit of Justice to summon a free Blessed Hammer at the impact point. This can only happen once per cast. Hammer benefits from all runes and enhancements of the regular skill, and does not cost Wrath.
