Harold O'Dell was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy. Around 1920 PD, he held the rank of Captain and was the commanding officer of the superdreadnought HMS King Roger III. He was killed in the Battle of Manticore when his ship suffered a total compensator failure, leading to the death of its entire crew. (HH11)
