Ozai Tokugawa was a Moff serving the Galactic Empire. He was the brother of Iroh Tokugawa, a famous Republic and Imperial general who defected to the Alliance to Restore the Republic. Ozai also had two children: Zuko Tokugawa, an Imperial Army officer who also defected, and Azula Tokugawa, an Inquisitor.
