You must have started Into the Eastern lands Quest to get on the first part of the island. You must go through the cave to get to Agustus's house. You must talk to Ak-Haranu to get to the cave. Once you walk about 1/3 through the cave, a level 81 Samurai will jump out and attack you. You must kill him to pass to the ladder leading to Agustus's house.
