Visaj is a Drow mage who resides in Ust Natha. After being asked to fetch blood of a neighboring race by the Matron Mother Ardulace, Visaj will appear near the Temple of Lolth and ask you to buy the magical rope from him. The rope he gives you will allow you enter Deirex's Tower.
