Wu Nan was a river pilot that worked out of Shanghai, China from aboard his vessel the Soochow Pride. A capable speaker of English through his time attending a Catholic mission in his younger days, Wu Nan admired Westerners and enjoyed regaling the clientle in bars with stories. He was also, however, a firm supporter of criminal overlord Whang Tzu, and if he believed any of his hires conflicted with the interests of his employer, Wu Nan worked to undermime them be it by sabotage or leading them into an ambush.
