Drake was an Assistant Director of Psi Corps and the head of Level 12 Investigations. He was also a Psi Cop and an old friend and colleague of Alfred Bester. In 2262, he assigned two Level 12 Investigations candidates, Lauren Ashley and Chen Hikaru, to Bester so he can get them involved in the organization. Later that day, after the incident involving Jonathan Harris and his roommate, he dispatched the three on a retrieval operation to Babylon 5 to find him. His fate is unknown, as the Psi Corps Headquarters - where his office is located - was destroyed during the Telepath War.
