A plant native to Edanna growing on rocky surfaces. It has the form of a thick green moss sprouting round, reddish-brown buds that look like watermelons. They have delicate inner flowers. The Squees make a chirping sound that cause the plant's buds to expand and so they feed on their flowers. There are two colonies of Barnacle Moss in J'nanin: one the rocks near a pool across a Squee nest; and a more grown one on the cliffs near a Hearken Fern. When the Fern amplifies said Squee's chirping, the Moss expands, forming a bridge towards the Nature Tusk.
