Morgaine the Sly have been updated from being lvl 10 with 198 Hp to -> level 9 with 264 Hp. She is a rare mob Defias human found inside the house near Mirror Lake Orchard, Elwynn Forest and is on a 1-2.5 hour respawn timer. She has the Gouge and Backstab abilities and has several Defias Bandits guarding inside and outside the house. Her speed is also slightly faster than average.
