It is run by Camuse from 8am to 8pm. At around 7pm Herz will walk in disguised as Caesar. Dispite having a bedroom in the back, no one seems to stay in the shop past closing time. Cement Powder can be obtained by kicking objects in the Verontier Armory Storeroom.
