Kadarsh tai-Pallara was a 23rd century Klingon lieutenant junior grade, in service to the Klingon Empire's Star Navy as a sensor officer at the outpost on planet Valtor III in the 2280s. On reference stardate 2/2209, Kadarsh was present on the outpost during the visit of the IKV Malevolent and a subsequent investigation into the outpost's command structure.
