There are four aspects in ler culture, which correspond to the four classical elements--Fire, Earth(Kanh), Air(Tanh), and Water (Sanh)--as well as to the four seasons. Ler consider them somewhat similar to the astrological signs of the zodiac. Earth is considered equivalent to Spring, Air to Autumn, Fire to Summer, and Water to Winter. A ler's Aspect is determined by the season he or she is born, and there are certain personality traits associated with each Aspect, though it is uncertain whether any given ler will possess all of those traits.
