Billy had a regenerator device that turned him from a child back to his original age but it was damaged and the Ninja Power Coins were destroyed. Lord Zedd made Slotsky out of the device. He wielded a magnet that took the Rangers' weapons from them, and then he proceeded to use them on the Rangers. He was destroyed by the Aquitar Rangers' Battle Borgs.
