The player cannot not take any damage from the Rocket Launcher. The weapon has infinite ammunition and will kill any enemy with one shot, except from Lisa Trevor, who cannot be killed and will instead be knocked down for a few moments. The weapon cannot decapitate, dismember, or burn zombies, so the player will still need to burn the corpses if they wish to avoid dealing with Crimson Heads outside of the two mandatory encounters with them (the Crimson Head in the mirror corridor and the Crimson Head Prototype 1). The weapon can, however, dismember Cerberus, but it does not serve any purpose.
