Jeff Hayabashi was a Manticoran citizen and an employee of the Native Protection Agency. In 1900 PD, Hayabashi held the rank of Sergeant, and was assigned to Medusa. He was killed while on patrol in the Three Rivers region, when his craft was shot down by the Medusans. (HH1)
