The Sovereign Coalition of Allied Republics (SCAR) is an alliance originally formed by the merger of three small alliances (UA, TRE, ICoN). We now strive for greatness and a beneficial community. On the 23/02/2014, the Ultra Alliance (UA), The Roman Empire (TRE) and the International Commonwealth of Nations (ICoN) merged together to form the Sovereign Coalition of Allied Republics (SCAR). August 13th, 2014: The Orange Team alliance, Stone and Steel, merged into SCAR and further enhanced the alliance.
