Star Trek: The Motion Picture – 20th Anniversary Collector's Edition was a soundtrack release of Jerry Goldsmith's score for Star Trek: The Motion Picture. Containing eight full tracks of previously unreleased material (personally chosen by Goldsmith himself), the release was nearly twice the running length of the previous version. The special edition was released as a two-disc set, the second disc being a rerelease of Inside Star Trek – itself extended from the original – featuring narrations by William Shatner, DeForest Kelley, Nichelle Nichols, and ruminations by Gene Roddenberry.
