The Velox are a race of Insectoid people that have had a probe been guarding a planet named Heaven and several others for unspecified amount of time. In the PC version these probes have been awaiting a group called Noah 9 to arrive and be able to crack the numerology puzzel and then be permited to colonize the various planets that these probes guard.
