The Authoritative Elanor is the head of the Department of Out of Character Hobbits. She is not a Firstborn, and her name might simply be a description; the elanor species was never found on Origin, and she was brought into Headquarters pre-awakening as a sort of memorial to the Evermind, along with the Snowthorn and Bonsai Mallorn.
