Summer Fallout was IOW's first PPV Event. It showcased the end of a four man tournament to crown the first IOW Champion pitting Joe Riot against Alex Leroy's hand picked champion Dante. Twist squared off against long time rival Y72 in a Tables, Ladders and Chairs match, and IOW's classic tag feud between Flux and Team Catwalk came to head when they went toe to toe with the IOW Tag Team Championships on the line.
