Dr. Arnspiger is a minor character in the comic TRON: The Ghost in the Machine, appearing only in the first and fifth issues of the series. He was the doctor for both Kevin Flynn and Jet Bradley, helping them come to terms and dealing with their PTSD symptoms after entering the computer world.
