Elaerue Estspirit was a half-elf woman and an inhabitant of the city of Wheloon in Cormyr. Elaerue was a local member of the Heralds of Faerûn, holding the office and title of "Wheloon". In addition to her heraldry and other duties, she served Lord Sarp Redbeard as his assistant, clerk, and record-keeper. She held this position by 1357 DR and still held it by the end of 1367 DR.
