The Utapau Neutrality Pact was a treaty signed as a result of the Skirmish over Utapau, which guaranteed seclusion of the peaceful planet of Utapau from the Clone Wars. Terms of the treaty included the following: 1. * The Republic was not allowed to use Utapau space to carry out its justice without the consent of the spaceport administrator. 2. * The CIS was not permitted to send any vessels to Utapau for the duration of the war. 3. * Utapau would export starfighters and warships to both sides of the conflict equally.
