Henry Rollins (born Henry Garfield) is a writer, performer, recording artist, and activist. Rollins is responsible for the high-quality reissues by Infinite Zero of several Devo albums. He wrote the liner notes to the Superior Viaduct / Booji Boy reissue of Hardcore. Rollins has played several Devo tracks over the years on his radio show.
